Phantasm provides our services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop within this website, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully.

✦ You agree that you are at least 18 years old or have a parent/guardian's permission to buy from this store.

✦ You acknowledge that you can not resell this zine or merchandise for a higher price than you paid for.

✦By placing an order, you agree that you are responsible for import taxes and customs duties if they are charged after receiving the packages.

✦By placing an order, you agree that any stolen or lost packages are NOT our responsibility. In the case of a stolen or lost package, while we will do our best to try to replace some of your missing package, Phantasm is ultimately not responsible in the case that the post office loses the package or it is stolen. How much of the package is replaced is up to the discretion of Phantasm and our stock inventory.

✦If you put the wrong address or change your address without informing us before July 1st, you will have to send a reshipping fee if we have already send out your order.

✦ By placing an order, you agree to pick up your package on time or have it on hold at the post office. We will not be held responsible if you do not attempt to pick up your package and it is returned to us. You will be charged a reshipping fee for not picking up your package.

✦Phantasm has the right to terminate your order and will not provide any future service to you, should you break any of these terms.
