Why is my shipping $99?
Due to new revisions to VAT we are unable to ship to the UK/EU at this time. We have put the shipping as $99 to prevent accidental orders.

Unfortunately these countries have been suspended for quite a while and we do not know when shipping will open back or if it ever will. We have put the shipping as $99 to prevent accidental orders.
When do you ship out packages?
We will ship out the following week from when you order.
There will be no replacements/refunds after leftovers.
We ship items in the best condition but we cannot control how the package is handled when it's being delivered. This is a limited run so we will not have any replacements to give once leftovers are over.
Does my order come with tracking?
Yes, all orders will come with tracking. Orders outside of the US will receive PARTIAL tracking. (More info under "International shipping")
How long does shipping take?
Due to the current situation of the USPS, it is hard to determine an accurate shipping time. Generally it should be 1-2 weeks for US residents. 1-3 months for international residents.
I will move during x month and may not be able to receive the package with the address I used to buy the zine. What should I do?
Please inform us via email with your order number BEFORE the following week, Monday 11:59 PM EST. Any changes later than this may be subject to a re-shipping fee, especially if the package has already been sent out or if the shipping label has already been paid for.
Can I opt for no tracking to reduce the shipping price?
With the current situation of the USPS, there's a more likely chance that packages get lost without some sort of tracking on them. Unfortunately, that's not something we are willing to risk at this time.

What does partial tracking mean?
It means your package will be tracked within the US but it's not guaranteed when your package goes out of the US. It's up to your country's postal service to choose to continue tracking the package or not. We suggest contacting your local post office to see they scan packages coming from the US or not.
Will you mark this as a gift to avoid customs duties?
